Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Diamond Hands Fantasy ("DHF", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
DHF is a fantasy game in which users draft virtual rosters of publicly traded stocks and compete against each other based on simulated scoring. Nothing on DHF is investment advice. Rosters and scores are entertainment only and do not represent real positions in any security.
DHF is a game of skill played for entertainment. It is not a gambling service. There are no wagers, no real-money prizes, and no user can win or lose money by playing. In-game items — including coins and budgets — are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DHF. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these terms and given you permission to use the service. You must reside in a jurisdiction where the service is permitted, and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
- No automated scraping, bots, or scripted gameplay.
- No attempts to interfere with other users' leagues or rosters.
- No harassment, threats, or hateful conduct in league or team names.
- No objectionable, offensive, or abusive content anywhere you can enter text.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Report violations to legal@diamondhandsfantasy.com and we will act within 24 hours. See the EULA for details.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the delete-account page.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Stock data may be delayed or inaccurate. We make no warranty regarding fitness for any purpose.
