Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Diamond Hands Fantasy account at any time. This page describes how, what gets deleted, and what (if anything) is retained.
How to delete your account
From the app: open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account — then type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate.
By email: send a message from the email address registered to your account to delete@diamondhandsfantasy.com with the subject line Delete my account. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in credentials, email association, display name, avatar, and other profile data.
- Your virtual-coin balance and notification preferences.
- Account-linked usage and diagnostic events that have not already expired under their normal retention period.
What may be retained
- Anonymized league records — if you participated in a league, your membership, drafted roster, picks, roster transactions, matchup results, and standings history may remain so the league stays correct for other managers. They are detached from your account and shown as "Deleted user."
- Limited security or abuse-prevention records where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be tied back to you.
Reactivating
Deletion is permanent. Once complete, the email can be used to sign up for a new account, but no prior data is recoverable.
