Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Diamond Hands Fantasy ("DHF", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app and website.
What we collect
- Account info: email, display name, and avatar choice.
- Gameplay data: leagues you join, picks you make, and your in-game coin and FAAB balances.
- Usage & diagnostics: to keep the app fast and reliable we record in-app activity — which screens you open, actions you take, how long screens take to load, and any errors or crashes — together with your app version and platform (web, iOS, or Android). These events are linked to your account, stored in our own database (Supabase), and automatically deleted after 180 days.
- Device info: browser, operating system, and IP address, used for security and abuse prevention.
What we don't collect
- Real brokerage credentials. DHF is a game and never connects to your real trading or bank account.
- Card numbers. If we add paid features in the future, payments will be handled by a PCI-compliant processor — we never see or store your full card details.
- Advertising identifiers. We do not use the data we collect to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How we use it
To run the service: to authenticate you, render your rosters, compute scores, and send transactional emails (e.g. draft starting, trade accepted). We use the usage & diagnostics data above to measure performance, diagnose bugs, and improve the app — never for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. A limited set of subprocessors help us run the service — hosting (Supabase, Vercel) and email delivery (Resend). Our usage & diagnostics analytics are first-party: they stay in our own Supabase database and are not handed to a third-party analytics company. A full list of subprocessors is available on request.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. See the delete-account page to remove your account and its associated data, including your analytics history.
