Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Diamond Hands Fantasy ("DHF", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app and website.
What we collect
- Account info: email, display name, and avatar choice.
- Gameplay data: leagues you join, draft picks, lineups, roster transactions, matchup results, and your virtual-coin balance.
- Usage & diagnostics: to keep the app fast and reliable we record in-app activity — which screens you open, actions you take, how long screens take to load, and any errors or crashes — together with your app version and platform (web, iOS, or Android). These events are linked to your account, stored in our own database (Supabase), and automatically deleted after 180 days.
- Device info: browser, operating system, and IP address, used for security and abuse prevention.
What we don't collect
- Real brokerage credentials. DHF is a game and never connects to your real trading or bank account.
- Card numbers or payment details. DHF currently has no purchases, subscriptions, deposits, or paid league entries.
- Advertising identifiers. We do not use the data we collect to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How we use it
To run the service: to authenticate you, render your rosters, compute scores, and send transactional messages such as draft-start and matchup-result alerts. We use the usage & diagnostics data above to measure performance, diagnose bugs, and improve the app — never for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. A limited set of subprocessors help us run the service — hosting (Supabase, Vercel) and email delivery (Resend). Our usage & diagnostics analytics are first-party: they stay in our own Supabase database and are not handed to a third-party analytics company. A full list of subprocessors is available on request.
Children
DHF is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact privacy@diamondhandsfantasy.com and we will delete the account and its data.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. See the delete-account page to remove your account and its associated data, including your analytics history.
