End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Diamond Hands Fantasy ("DHF"). By installing or using the DHF app, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. License grant
DHF grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app.
- No removing or altering proprietary notices.
- No use in violation of any law or third-party right.
3. User content and acceptable conduct
The app lets you enter text such as league names and team names. You are solely responsible for the content you create, and you agree not to submit content that is objectionable, offensive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise abusive. DHF has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
You can report objectionable content or abusive users at any time by emailing legal@diamondhandsfantasy.com. We review every report and act on violations — including removing content and suspending or terminating the responsible account — within 24 hours.
4. Intellectual property
The app, including all logos, trademarks, and code, is owned by DHF or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership.
5. Updates
DHF may release updates, patches, and new versions. These remain subject to this EULA unless a new agreement is provided.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the app and destroy all copies.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DHF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
