End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Diamond Hands Fantasy (“DHF”). By installing or using the DHF app, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. License grant
DHF grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app.
- No removing or altering proprietary notices.
- No use in violation of any law or third-party right.
3. Intellectual property
The app, including all logos, trademarks, and code, is owned by DHF or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership.
4. Updates
DHF may release updates, patches, and new versions. These remain subject to this EULA unless a new agreement is provided.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the app and destroy all copies.
6. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. DHF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
