Diamond Hands Fantasy — fantasy stock market app

Fantasy sportsfor the stock market.

Diamond Hands Fantasy is a fantasy stock app. Draft stocks from the major U.S. indices and the DHF curated list in a live snake draft, build a 12-stock roster, and compete head-to-head in Daily or Weekly leagues. Free to play. No purchases or real money, ever.

What is a fantasy stock league?

If you have played season-long fantasy sports, the structure will feel familiar. Instead of athletes, each league drafts unique stocks. Instead of yards or touchdowns, nine starters score from changes between official closing prices. Leagues include a snake draft, head-to-head matchups, first-come free agency, standings, and playoffs.

How it works

1
Live snake draft

8, 10, or 12 teams, 12 snake-draft rounds, and 90 seconds per human pick. Draft from the S&P 500, Nasdaq-100, Dow, and the DHF curated list.

2
Set your Core Four lineup

Start 9 stocks and keep 3 Interns on the bench. CEO scores at 2x, CFO at 1.75x, COO at 1.5x, CTO at 1.25x, and the remaining starters at 1x.

3
Compete Daily or Weekly

Choose Daily or Weekly head-to-head matchups. The regular season lasts eight scoring windows, followed by a six-team, three-round playoff. Free agency is first come, first served - no trades, waivers, or FAAB.

Why Diamond Hands Fantasy

No real money. No brokerage account.

DHF is a game. You never connect a real trading account. We don't take deposits or execute trades. It's fantasy sports — for stocks.

Real market data.

Scoring uses each stock's previous official close to its current official close, including the overnight or pre-market gap before the session.

Open leagues, easy invites.

Open pending leagues are publicly browsable by signed-in players. Every league also has an invite code for a direct join link.

Snake draft + Core Four slots.

A scoring twist you won't find on Robinhood, eToro, or any trading app. This is a game, not a brokerage.

Frequently asked questions

Is Diamond Hands Fantasy real stock trading?

No. DHF is a fantasy game. You never connect a brokerage account, you never deposit money, and we never execute real trades. Picks are simulated and scoring is based on real market price moves.

Is it free to play?

Yes. There are no purchases, subscriptions, cash entry fees, or cash prizes. Some leagues use free virtual coins as an entry requirement; coins cannot be purchased or cashed out.

How is scoring calculated?

Each scored session uses the move from the previous official close to the current official close, including the overnight gap. Multiply that percentage by 10 and the position slot: CEO (2×), CFO (1.75×), COO (1.5×), CTO (1.25×), and the other starters (1×). The 3 Interns do not score.

How many people can be in a league?

8, 10, or 12 teams. Twelve is the standard. You set the size when creating the league.

How long is a season?

Both formats have eight regular-season matchup windows and three playoff windows. Daily plays those windows on trading days; Weekly plays them across market weeks.

Which stocks can I draft?

The standard universe combines the S&P 500, Nasdaq-100, Dow, and a DHF-curated list of high-interest stocks. Each stock can belong to only one roster in a league.

Can I pick up stocks mid-season?

Yes. Free agency is first come, first served while the market is closed. Each add requires a drop and uses that calendar day's one-add budget. DHF currently has no trades, waivers, or FAAB.

Is this like DraftKings, FanDuel, or PrizePicks?

It uses season-long fantasy structure rather than real-money daily fantasy. There are Daily and Weekly league formats, but neither has cash entry fees or payouts. Coins are virtual and cannot be purchased.
